    Gorata is the creator of MOOT City, developed through her doctoral research at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. An urban strategist, architect, scholar, and innovator, Gorata has led projects at the intersection of design, policy, and civic engagement. As Founder she leads the vision, research, and development of MOOT City, ensuring it continues to expand as a tool for education and social impact. .
